Salary £35,000 plus £10,000 OTE

Our client is an innovative medical devices manufacturer currently seeking a strong Export Account Manager who has the ambition to grow into management within 12 months.

Thanks to increasing demand for my clients’ products and building upon existing success with various international markets they are looking for an International Account Manager who has a ‘can do’ attitude to build on current relationships and establish new and exciting partnerships with distributors.
The successful candidate will report to the International Sales Manager and if successful, will move into a supervisory role working with the International Account Managers and Executives.
The incumbent will support colleagues on international trips as well as supporting colleagues to grow their markets and securing new business.
You will work within their multi-national Global Sales team based in Leeds with international travel being an important part of the role. You will have experience in both B2B sales as developing strong distribution partnerships will be key to our success.
Core Behavioural Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years B2B international sales experience essential;
- Proven track record of successful new business development and negotiating transactions and commercial agreements;
- Track record of building strong long term relationships;
- Strong, convincing personality with a ‘can do’ attitude;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
