As Campaign Marketing Lead you will be responsible for:
- The end-to-end delivery of campaign marketing activities
- Developing plans to help establish brands and products as an integrated GTM strategy
- Managing a team of marketing Managers
- Launching and delivering communication plans as part of category strategy
- Driving plans from a commercial perspective to support P&L targets
- Managing 3rd party agencies
- Working closely with Creative, D2C and sales teams to ensure successful delivery of overall marketing targets
- Participating in quarterly annual planning of company objectives
To be considered for this position you must have:
- A proven track record in leading high-performance teams
- The ability to drive and inspire innovative ideas
- Solid digital marketing experience, including web analytics and digital advertising
- Experience running successful marketing campaign
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
- Experience in Consumer Goods
- High level energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude
