This role holds a key position within the site operations team and will be the driving force behind delivering fantastic products to market and developing the team around you. You'll also be an ambassador for the site across the business and the wider group.

Leading a growing manufacturing operation will be key, and you'll enter the business to manage an established operational team. Setting and delivering against target will allow the business to grow further, and you'll grow with it into more senior roles as the business continues to grow.

The role will be to lead the operations team. The business know their stuff when it comes to manufacturing the product - your challenge will be to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation and invest and develop in the operations team to upskills and equip the business for the future.

You must have worked in FMCG/Food/Pharma manufacturing, and be able to demonstrate a track record of success.
