My client is a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of high quality and innovative non-food consumer products to a global customer base. The Group supplies retail, wholesale, trade and project developers with a wide range of products across recognised brands. The company has offices in the UK, Europe, America and China where they manufacture and supply their products to market quickly and at a low cost.

Due to the success of the UK Amazon business the company is now looking to bring in a new role for an Amazon Account Manager, to look after their already operational, European and American platforms. This will be an integral role in the business where the successful candidate will be the driving force behind building and maintaining strong relationships within each territory and their online strategic plan.

Your main duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Working directly with the Amazon international departments
  • Managing existing product selections across all brands
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Interacting closely with other team members within the UK and worldwide such at Design and Marketing
  • Ensure all products are showcased to the highest standard
  • Improve presence online
  • Work with product management and the Far East to bring in new product ranges
  • Full P&L responsibility across multiple countries working with varies currencies

To be considered for the role you:

  • Must have an analytical background and good category management skills
  • 3-5 years Amazon direct experience is essential
  • Previous National Account Management experience
  • Vendor Essential and AMS experience
  • Local and direct supply route management
  • FBA and FOB experience
  • A proven track record in growing Amazon business locally in the UK and globally
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Experience of full P&L and forecasting
  • Able to work within a fast-paced pressured environment
  • Project management
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of a business with good team management skills
